Wall Hangings:

Upon receiving your wall hanging the unknotted string can be slightly deformed or bent at odd angles. Hang your wall hanging for 24 hours to allow it time to set back into place. The fringe on certain pieces may get matted during shipping. To easily fix this use a comb to brush out the fringe. Don't be afraid to gently tug on strings to get them to lay in the desired way.

Plant Holders:

Plant holders retain most of their shape when shipped. Please note that when you water your plant it should be removed from the holder and not put back in until all water has been drained to prevent stains on the string.

Coasters:

The fringe on the coasters may get matted during shipping. To easily fix this use a comb to brush out the fringe.

Earrings:

Fringe on earrings may become matted or get out of place during use. Brush fringe with a comb to easily manipulate the fringe back to what you would like.
